This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by RuleMatrix Global Pvt Ltd.
Courses and Certification Programs
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before course access or content download.
No refund will be issued if:
Course access has been granted
Certification process has started
Learning materials have been downloaded
More than one session has been attended
Internship Programs
Internship fees are non-refundable once:
The internship onboarding process begins
Access to project materials is granted
Mentor allocation is completed
IT Services
Payments made for IT services are non-refundable once project work has started.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
