This Internship Terms Agreement is entered into between RuleMatrix Global Pvt Ltd and the enrolled participant (“Intern”).
Program Nature
This internship is a training and learning program intended to provide practical exposure and skill development.
This internship does not constitute employment.
No Employment Guarantee
Participation in the internship does not guarantee:
Job placement
Employment
Compensation
Future hiring
Intern Responsibilities
The intern agrees to:
Complete assigned tasks and projects
Follow mentor instructions
Maintain professional conduct
Meet deadlines
Protect confidential information
Confidentiality
Interns may not share:
Project materials
Code repositories
Client information
Internal documentation
Intellectual Property
All work created during the internship remains the property of RuleMatrix Global Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Certification Criteria
Internship certificates are issued only after:
Completion of assigned work
Submission of final project
Mentor approval
Full payment completion
Termination
The company may terminate participation for:
Misconduct
Non-performance
Policy violations
Limitation of Liability
RuleMatrix Global Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to internship participation.
