This Cancellation Policy applies to services, courses, internships, and programs offered by RuleMatrix Global Pvt Ltd.
Course Cancellation
Users may cancel enrollment within 48 hours of payment if course access has not been granted.
Internship Cancellation
Internship enrollment may be cancelled before onboarding begins. Once onboarding starts, cancellation is not permitted.
Service Cancellation
IT service projects may be cancelled only before work begins. Once development or consultation starts, cancellation is not allowed.
Company Cancellation Rights
RuleMatrix Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule:
Courses
Internship batches
Training sessions
Service engagements
If the company cancels a paid program, a full refund will be issued.
